Recruited has partnered with a Series B funded (£80m) scale-up that is hiring a Lead Product Manager.

You'd be joining a leading, cutting-edge start-up, reporting to the VP of Product. You will be responsible for developing an exciting new greenfield product. You'll be entrusted with a thrilling opportunity to lead one of their major initiatives aimed at driving long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the driving force behind one of their big bet initiatives for long-term growth.
  • Get experimental, maximizing learnings through fast and iterative tests while collaborating with the Commercial and CRM teams.
  • Get down to the nitty-gritty - calculate product profitability, analyze markets, benchmark competitors, and provide reports to senior management.
  • Uncover new opportunities to enhance their proposition and boost member value with help from Product Analytics.
  • Optimize sign-ups and strike the perfect balance between cost per acquisition and active members.
  • Imagine the future - identify growth opportunities and set out a visionary strategy that impacts the entire business.
  • Team up with the CRM squad to craft an unbeatable member retention strategy.
